2. Client Responsibilities

Cooperate with us by providing timely feedback and approvals, to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets agreed-upon timelines.
Pay for services rendered in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due based on the terms agreed upon in your contract. All payments must be made in the currency specified and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Glory Group, including but not limited to website designs, marketing materials, logos, and software, remain the property of Glory Group unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for services, certain rights to use the materials may be transferred to you, as per the terms outlined in your contract.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, Glory Group does not guarantee that our services will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at our discretion.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the engagement confidential. This includes proprietary business data, marketing strategies, and customer lists. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glory Group’s liability for any damages arising out of or related to the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the last six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
